- If you're located outside the U.S., please note that your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. This is rare, but it’s possible. In such cases, you may be required to pay around 15–20% of the order value upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
important Shipping Notes.
- We are not liable for missed delivery windows due to carrier delays. If the carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time, shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All orders include a tracking number. If the tracking shows that your order was delivered to your address, but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements in cases where tracking confirms delivery.
- Tracking updates can take 1–4 business days. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your package may still be on its way. If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us.
