All returns must be registered before reaching our warehouse. We cannot be held accountable for returns sent without prior notification.
US Orders:
- Ensure your product adheres to our Return Policy and email us at help@irresistibleme.com a photo showing the seal intact on the main side of the tube or bag along with the reason for the return.
- For wigs and hair toppers, no photo is required. However, please email us a confirmation that the items are in the same condition as when received (the lace must be intact, and the hair should not be styled, washed, cut, or dyed).
- Once you've emailed us, and we've received the requested details, we'll send you a return label.
International orders:
We don't provide prepaid return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs outside the U.S.

Return processing time:
Returns are typically processed within 10 business days from the date we receive them at the warehouse. Once processed, our customer care team will reach out to you.
