As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your order, unless a different processing period is mentioned on the product page when you select the desired length and weight combination. After processing, we will ship your parcel. Please note that some orders are processed automatically and we cannot guarantee being able to make changes to your order, although we are doing our best to comply with all requests.
We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

The Standard Delivery time usually takes 7-10 business days.
The Express Delivery takes 2-5 business days.
For Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, India, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay we only have the Express shipping option available with UPS.

On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries.

2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country.
