Shipping & Delivery

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your order, unless a different processing period is mentioned on the product page when you select the desired length and weight combination. After processing, we will ship your parcel. Please note that some orders are processed automatically and we cannot guarantee being able to make changes to your order, although we are doing our best to comply with all requests.

We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

For US orders we offer 2 shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery - FREE - The order will be delivered in 3 to 6 business days after processing time.
  • Express Delivery by UPS 2nd Day Air $14.95 - The order will be delivered by UPS in 2-3  business days after processing time.

For international orders:

Due to the current pandemic, we are currently shipping only to certain countries.

For Australia, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy Portugal, Netherlands, New Zeeland, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom we offer:

  • Free standard shipping for orders over US $149
  • Free express shipping for orders over US $299
  • For orders under US $149 the standard shipping cost is US $14.95
  • For orders under US $299  the Express Shipping option is available for US$ 29.95

      Delivery time will be 2-5 business days!

      Please take into account the processing time (3-5 business days) that will add to the shipping time. 

      Depending on stock availability, please check the page of the product you are ordering to see if other periods apply.  

      On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries.

      We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance processes in the destination country.

      If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to update. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

      1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for the carrier's guarantees.
      All of our shipments include a Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.

      We will NOT refund shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet the guaranteed shipping times.  
      We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

      2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
