Shipping & Delivery
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 3-5 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications, as all orders placed are final. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com. Our customer team will answer as soon as possible (please note weekends are free, emails sent later on Friday and over the weekend will be addressed on Monday).

We provide international delivery worldwide. Orders can be tracked through FedEx: www.fedex.com , DHL: http://www.dhl.com, UPS: www.ups.com or USPS: www.usps.com. The postage is $9.95. We offer free shipping for orders over $150.
2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
