exchanges & returns policy.

Sealed Products such as: Clip-ins, Tape-ins, Ponytails, Halos, Volumizers:

  • Products are protected with a security seal that must remain intact.
  • If the seal is broken or removed, the item is not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Each product includes a separate sample piece. You may open and test the sample to check the color, length, and texture before deciding whether to keep the product. When returning the product, the sample must be returned as part of the original set.

Non-Sealed Products such as: Wigs and Hair Toppers:

  • These items may be removed from the packaging to check color, length, size, and texture.
  • However, they must remain unaltered and unused.
  • Items must not be styled, washed, cut, dyed, or otherwise modified, and the lace must remain intact.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Free returns and exchanges are available for US customers
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Delivery and package protection fees are non-refundable once used.
  • Vegan fiber wigs and extensions are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • Items that do not meet return requirements (e.g., broken seals, signs of use, missing or tampered sample pieces) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be responsibly disposed of or recycled for hygiene reasons.
  • Products that fail inspection will not be sent back.

 

how to return or exchange?

Important:
All returns must be registered before being sent back. We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval.

1. US Orders:

To initiate a return, please email us at help@irresistibleme.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the barcode label on the product packaging
  • A photo of the security seal (for sealed products) or a photo of the product (for non-sealed items)
  • A detailed reason for your return

2. International orders:

To register your return, please email us at help@irresistibleme.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the barcode label on the product packaging
  • A photo of the security seal (for sealed products) or a photo of the product (for non-sealed items)
  • A detailed reason for your return
  • After shipping the return, provide the tracking number of the return. (We require the tracking number to confirm receipt and process your return.)

Please note:

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs outside the U.S.
