All returns must be registered before being sent back. We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval.
1. US Orders:
To initiate a return, please email us at help@irresistibleme.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the barcode label on the product packaging
- A photo of the security seal (for sealed products) or a photo of the product (for non-sealed items)
- A detailed reason for your return
2. International orders:
To register your return, please email us at help@irresistibleme.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the barcode label on the product packaging
- A photo of the security seal (for sealed products) or a photo of the product (for non-sealed items)
- A detailed reason for your return
- After shipping the return, provide the tracking number of the return. (We require the tracking number to confirm receipt and process your return.)
Please note:
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs outside the U.S.
